We partner with recognized global courier partners at anywhere in the world- UPS, FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Aramex, and DTDC, to get you your order delivered in a safe and timely manner. Detailed delivery timelines and delivery policies are available in our Shipping Policy.

You may request that the shipping address be changed within 3 hour of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, even if it has shipped within the 3 hours.

Things to Know:

If the carrier does not deliver to the given address or undeliverable and the item is sent back - we can not replace or refund.

There is no way to change the shipping address after an order has gone to shipment.

It is always a good idea to double check your shipping details before you complete your purchase.

No, orders cannot be edited or modified once they have been placed. We recommend carefully reviewing all order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

To cancel any order, please follow these instructions below:

Order Cancellation
Email our Customer Care team at the following email address: support@sweetkadai.com
In the email, include your order number and state that you want to cancel your order

Cancellation Process Timeline
Cancellation can be fully refunded if it is done within 3 hours of ordering

After 3 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply (due to preparation/packaging)

Once your order has shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel your order

Refund Timelines
Full Refunds will be processed in 5-7 business days

Partial refunds (after the 3-hour mark) will be processed in 7-10 business days

Additional Notes
The 3-hour timeframe for order cancellations will be strictly followed and times will be monitored

All order cancellations must be requested by sending an email to support@sweetkadai.com

If your account was debited during a payment failure, you will generally see the amount automatically refunded to your account within 7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will provide a refund or replacement. Please check your order when it arrives and if something is wrong, email support@sweetkadai.com using the email you originally ordered with, and we will investigate and resolve the issue right away. The email must be your order email so we can prioritize. For full description, please read our Refund & Return Policy.

Once you send us a request for the return and we review it, we will contact you with the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, but please note that it may take your bank a few additional days to process the refund. For damaged/spoiled items, we will only refund clients that provide photo/video evidence within 24 hours of delivery. All refund and replacement requests must be emailed to support@sweetkadai.com from the original email address associated with the order to allow us to manage them accordingly; requests from different email addresses will not be prioritized.
