Customer Responsibility: If you are ordering from Canada, the UK, Europe, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Czech Republic or a few other Middle Eastern countries, you will be responsible for all customs duties incurred. Sweetkadai.com does not assume this responsibility. You are still responsible for customs duties (if applicable) for all other countries. Sweetkadai.com will assist you with customs clearance.

Delivery & Customs Clearance

Shipments to Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, France, Sri Lanka, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Thailand, and Germany may experience delays of up to 20 days due to customs clearance procedures until the package is fully cleared. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process as it is out of our control.

Sweetkadai.com will provide tracking information and support you throughout the process.

Product Restrictions

Dairy Products (UK & Europe);
Certain dairy products (milk-based sweets, ghee or any dairy-based processed food) cannot be shipped to the UK or any European countries due to customs regulations. Therefore, if you order certain dairy products, we will offer you one of the following options:

Replace your dairy products with suitable alternatives, or Refund you in full & process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business day if you do not want a replacement product.

Nut Products (UK Only); Nut products cannot be shipped to the UK due to strict rules under customs regulations. If you order nut products being sent to the UK, we will inform you of your options.
